In this workshop lead by Red Hong Yi, we were asked to develop a project based on the concept of ‘exchange’; it challenges us to explore creativity through marketing strategies, installations and presentations altogether.
THE CONCEPT: Exchanging the GRAY for the GREEN
1) Prepare the main structure
2) Ask the smokers to make holes with their cigarettes
3) Plant beans to replace the holes

The last part of the project was the installation of the beans.
We spent the whole night putting the beans inside of the hole that the smokers made during the day. It was harder than I thought it would be.
We were racing with time so we didn’t have the chance to actually grow it on the wall.
